Consumers contact Standard Florida Mortgage first. Consumers may opt in by texting the keyword YES to the Standard Florida Mortgage texting number identified on our website or marketing material, by giving express verbal consent during a consumer-initiated conversation for informational and transactional texts, or by selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our contact form. Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are displayed at the point of opt-in. Providing a phone number or making an inquiry alone does not authorize recurring or promotional texts.
